Actually I always thought that we should change it to

Saiyan Saga (5-B, Sub-Rel+ (Rel with Kaio-ken) | Frieza Saga (Low 4-C, 4-C with SSJ Rel, FTL with KKx20 and SSJ) | Cell Saga (High 4-C , At least Rel as base, FTL+ with SSJ) | Super Sayian 2/3(4-B, FTL+) | Super Saiyan God(3-B, MFTL+) | Super Saiya God Super Saiya (At least 3-B, MFTL+)

I suggest this as he wouldn't actually be 4-B in Buu Saga as a SSJ or Base.

Goku is much stronger than Gohan and the different of the boost is not abismal

Other than the fact that theres no proof? Well, it may be plausible as a SSJ (all he would need is a two times boost) but as base would mean hes around SSJ2 Teen Gohan, who should be on some level still comparable (albeit not as much) to Majin Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku.
