Voting Goku for most likely better skill, better stamina, better range with power pole, better lifting strength, better senses and kamehameha.

Kingpin trained for decades iirc, and he also scales above his calc as he stomped Miles.

On the other hand Goku just trained with Roshi for a bit less than a year

Leaning toward Kingpin

Roshi has hundreds years of experience and Goku matched his skill in this key, also mastered kamehameha in like 3 seconds but it took roshi 50 years. But you already know this.
Oh so he scales really high above his value? I guess Goku can still win but high diff.

He definitely did not master the Kamehameha, just learned it. And Goku mainly matched him because they were comparable in strength, as it happens many times in DB

Yeah okay, but goku did replicate it perfectly, he was just much weaker so the kamehameha was not as big.
If they were comparable in skill and they stalemated, the only reason goku lost is because he was shorter, then roshi would not be anymore skilled than Goku.

They were only really also equal when Roshi used his MAX power to destroy the moon and revert Goku to normal, which made Roshi lose a lot of stamina and that allowed Goku toatch him. In DB you get many examples of characters scaling to years of experience in martial arts simply because of their strength (King Piccolo's children, Saibamen, Frieza)

I'm talking about skill not power, both of them were equal in power, stamina and stuff, if goku wasn't as skilled as roshi then roshi would clap him via skill, a trained fighter would stomp anyone with no combat experience or way less combat experience than them if they were comparable in strength and even if they were stronger. The examples only gave do not mean that power is all that matters, it just means those characters scale to the skill level of their opponents, so saibaman for example would scale to yamcha's skill level for keeping up.

It doesn't work like that in DB. People much less skilled than the Z fighters in combat experience constantly match them purely because of strength. Also add the Androids for the list of characters keeping up and overpowering the Z fighters purely due to strength

Also Yamcha was winning against the Saibaman. He died only because he lowered his guard and the Saibaman sneakly exploded on him

I highly disagree with that, you cannot simply keep up with a vastly more skilled fighter just because you're equally as strong, that defeats the whole purpose of skill and basically downplays skill in dragon ball to anyone being able to fight against say goku just because they are just as strong, that is even contradicted in the show. Keeping up with someone vastly more skilled just means you scale to their skill level.

The Androids and Frieza litetally never trained ONCE in their entire life. They explicably don't have martial art experience and combat experience, and the only reason they overpowered people that trained for decades is because they were so much stronger.

In Dragon Ball, strength is everything. Techniques and abilities are not enough if the character lacks the raw power to defeat their opponent. Even UI was not enough againt Jiren until Goku Perfected it, despite Goku training with an angel that was fighting for millions of years

Bro, Frieza is still a genius fighter, he is called a prodigy, the androids are engineered superhumans, of course they'd have extremely high combat skill, these aren't anti feats these just means that they scale to the skill level of other characters. Also you're second paragraph makes no sense, of course you are correct in saying a far far stronger character would slap a super skilled character who'd skill stomp them if not for their raw power, but we are talking about opponents who are nigh equal here, Goku and Roshi who are at the same level of strength stalemating 100% means they scale to each others skill, or else you'd literally be throwing away the whole idea of skill out the window.
