So I've been looking through Goku's durability, and it should change a bit, more specifically Saiyan Saga goku. So Goku has obviously gain a serious side effect when he used the Kaioken X4 kamehameha on Vegeta. But later on, when Vegeta transformed into a great ape, his power obviously increased by a lot. And Goku was not only able to keep on moving, but has tanked multiple attacks from Vegeta here, here, here, and a mouth blast here. The only thing that stopped Goku from fighting for the rest of the fight, was all of his bones in his body being crushed. What I'm getting here is that Saiyan Saga Goku should have planet level durability for tanking attacks from an amped vegeta.

Goku was tired and Vegeta was casual, he could have killed him, but wanted to torture him from the previous beating, so no.

I know he was tired, but he was still able to tank those attacks and keep on moving. Attacks from a much more powerful form.

Vegeta even states here that he's trying to kill Goku when he makes the moon.
