Goku didn't know ki sensing at this point. But yeah, it's the analytical analysis type of precog.

It's not precog because Goku is not predicting his future movements. All he did is read his fighting style and prepared a counter attack. That's just normal martial arts.

It's written that one needs to be physically and mentally strong to resist the effects of the poison. So it's not like Goku has resistance to poison, it's more like he is physically and mentally very strong, stronger than the posion, as Korin puts it.
