This scaling chain is nonsense and predicated on the idea that Pre-training base Gotenks is stronger than SSJ2 Vegeta. I've already made a content revision thread that explains why the proof for this is extremely faulty and illogical and that there's absolutely no concrete proof to match this claim. SSJ2 Enraged Vegeta and Ultimate Gohan should be relative.

First of all, that fight was only in the anime. The manga battle off-screen and just showed that he'd been defeated by Fat Buu. And enduring a beatdown from the same character doesn't at all mean the people who endured the beatdown are comparable in power. Besides, even in that fight, Fat Buu took far less effort in defeating base Gotenks than he did SSJ2 Vegeta. Buu used some charged attacks to deal with SSJ2 Vegeta, but Buu only used basic punches to defeat base Gotenks. Regardless, that still only applies to the anime.
