people bringing up Toppo's hakai are forgetting that he wasn't allowed to kill anyone in the TOP
but on topic Gohan is on Goku's level so he should win pretty easily

they're different variations Belmond said to Toppo use hakai against Vegeta but just don't kill him
the instantaneous hakai has never failed (beerus against zamasu,ghost and Goku vs Fuzed Zamsu)
the hakai energy ball can be resisted to an extent
