How? The building was on the edge of the city that didn't get blown up and still needed to be repaired anyway.....I mean granted he HAS Boros' ship now but.....nothing he has has that AP or durability to my recollection. Couldn't stop the meteor, got off screened by Orochi (on purpose but still) and got damaged by Boros' bullets. Everything High 6-C to Low 6-B is consistently above his capacity.
