Tbf, Shimo’s ice beam honestly seems more like hax if anything than it is AP since Kong specifically takes damage from getting frostbite, SK gets frozen solid rather than a hole beamed through him. While there is some force to it, it’s drastically lower than anything any of the Alphas have in terms of physicals. Ghidorah was unharmed and only trapped, Mothra slapped it back into Shimo’s face with a casual wing beat, Godzilla basically jumped through it in zero Gs despite it clearly freezing over and trapping him where he couldn’t respond until Mothra helped him.

Ghidorah should also be updated with the new ratings to be honest. Godzilla fought against Shimo in ancient times and Ghidorah might have probably put up a fight with Shimo before she somehow froze him.
