Final Wars Godzilla is currently labeled as Small Country to Country Level because of a calculatio for the blue spiral ray that stopped a meteor. The calculation gives 2.1-25.4 Teratons of TNT equivalent for the energy output.
However, it takes 8 full seconds for the atomic breath to actually stop the meteor, giving a power output of 262.5 Gigatons to 3.175 Teratons of TNT / second.
Shouldn't this make Final Wars Godzilla's attack potency "Large Island to Small Country Level" (High 6-C to Low 7-B)? Not long ago a calculation of mine had to settle for "at least Island Level" for the same reason.
