Alice is scaled out of Beelzebub who is barely baseline. Like, downwards scaling from Kagutsuchi as he is weaker but not overwhelmingly so.

Madoka is only slightly above baseline because she did the feat without any real effort. The version well above baseline is Ultimate Kriemhild Gretchen who is >>> her supposed maximum which is >>>> Madokami, which is the version used here.
