Well they are "life forces that can be harnessed from martial arts" ki in dbz is made up from vigour, courage and right mindedness, plus ki has aspects that are different than chi. Plus all the different types of ki such as good ki, evil ki, dark ki, god ki etc....

Is it his first move? Toppo's first move is quite literally either bullrush him whole being coated with hakai, or blast him with hakai

He does, but Reality Warping is a pretty vague thing, it can be everything that....warps reality, Dormammu can merge timelines and it affects it, hence, reality warping, and it is one of his wincons
It is what he always does forever since he existed, he only needed to stop with it because Doctor Strange trapped him into an eternal time loop and said that he only would stop the time loop if Dormammu stops absorbing the timelines, so, it is indeed a starting move
