Boy, as if the Draupnir wasn't busted enough as is.
Draupnir can absorb and siphon off many kinds of energy/elemental types, not even Light of Alfheim or Bifrost are immune to this, not only that, this grants Kratos resistance to said elements and makes the users or harborers of said energy/elemental types further susceptible to said energy/elementals. Literally any form of energy/elemental power source is up for grabs.

So i have a question, shouldn't kratos have his abilities divided by game in the greek key? Like in the end of GoW 1 Ares stole away all of kratos's magic, and in the begining of 3 kratos lost most of his abilities when he fell into the styx

No, this was discussed thoroughly in detail when we merged Greek Kratos with Norse Kratos, it would be completely counterintuitive and would be a cluttered, stat-padded mess. GoW1 Kratos regained all of his magic after killing Ares, and GoW3 Kratos only lost his magic bar ability, but he stopped using the magic from GoW1 and GoW2 pretty early into GoW3 after regaining the Blade. Most of the new magic were used explicitly to only physically amp Kratos, amps which he maintained until the Hope Seppukku thing.

Kratos with the Spear certainly would, aye.
Not surprising, given his innate distaste for child abusers in general, which just solidifies the love I have for Kratos as a whole. The GOW1 Novel's Medusa scene should tell you as much.

All we know is that the Spear is stated to be a weapon worthy to be wielded by a God, so other than damaging Heimdall and Thor? It really doesn't get us anywhere else.

What Thanatos upscaling? He got utterly folded by a not-fully-a-God Kratos when he effectively lost his shit at watching Deimos die, Thanatos literally banked on perishing at Kratos's hands and laughed as he was gutted to oblivion, making Kratos the new Death.
