God of War CRT: Artemis cleanup and overhaul

Finally got around to starting to fix the verse and figured I'd start with one of the er, less than stellar profiles, namely Artemis.

Here is the new and improved profile. As for changes;

Spoiler: Added abilities

• Light Manipulation (The full drawn arrow shots from her bow are likened to the fury of a new sun, rivalling the real one that Apollo would put in the sky[3])
• Stealth Mastery (Artemis is an unparalleled huntress, capable of seamlessly blending into her environment, such that even other gods cannot find her[3] and vanishing from right in front of their sights[4])
• Transmutation (Transformed Actaeon into a stag, after the former saw her bathe[3])
• Animal Manipulation (As the goddess of the hunt, Artemis can command and communicate with any animal, from birds to land animals, including even snakes.[4] Compelled Actaeon's hounds to rip him apart after his transformation[3])
• Weather Manipulation (Made it so her private glade is in a perpetual state of summer[3])
• Weapon Mastery and Danmaku (Artemis is capable of shooting so many arrows at once that an entire glade looks as though it is filled with a "golden haze"[4], slaughtering all enemies and sparing every single animal with complete precision)
• Instinctive Action (Artemis's instincts allow her to sense fellow Olympians ahead of time.[4])

Spoiler: Other

• Extra speed justification of blitzing Ares with her arrows.
• Direct lifting strength scaling to Ares and Athena, since we have a Universal Energy System that affects physicals.
• Genius Intelligence rating, specifically in the field of hunting, since she should have the same awareness of her domain as Kratos, who sees all war and conflict across time and space.
• Better stamina justification

Having seen this beforehand, I think this looks good.

I disagree with instinctive reaction. Reading the passage is clear that this is better defined extra sensory perception or enhanced senses. not instinct. Reading the except

“Shhh Artemis tensed with a gesture she summoned her bow; another gesture produced a golden staff. Nocked and ready to draw”

Nothing her remotely implies instinct is being used she simply was able to sense Ares before Athena could. There is no “movement without consciousness thought” happening there.

I also disagree with weather manipulation. Ignoring the fact the scan doesn’t even reference Artemis there is no manipulation of weather happening there.
