Through implication God Doom should be stronger than Galactus since he's powered by the beyonders powers and they're capable of destroying all Marvel abstracts but featwise he hasn't really displayed anything that would prove he's stronger than Galactus besides the fact that he seemingly had the upper hand in his fight with Black Panther when he had the infinity gauntlet. But then again this is an amped version of Galactus that appeared after secret wars and I'm not quite sure how high up in the cosmic hierarchy Galactus is ATM.

I'm guessing this fight isn't as easy to debate as fights that don't involve cosmic beings.
