Glacius versus Gray Fullbuster

They seem to be on the same lvl with Gray having the upper hand since he can mold opponents ice and use it against them.
Glacius turning into water only makes it easier for Gray to freeze him plus he already fought both water and ice users before so he has no problems with that.
I give to Gray high difficulty for advantage in ice versitalty and abilty to mold his opponents ice using it against them.

Gray for the reasons above. Also as for Glacius turning into water isn't the same as being Non Corporeal. Definitely should be changed to Elemental Mimicry.
