Giving the monads all powers in Xeelee Sequence?

Since the monads are the creators and ultimate beings in verse, shouldn't they have all powers in verse, including Void Manipulation, Existence Erasure, Information Manipulation, Quantum Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, and Perception Manipulation?

Unfamiliar with the verse, so I'm unsure. But we don't automatically give the character every single power and ability that exists in the verse solely based on being the supreme god of the verse. It's generally preferable to have more elaborate context before giving them all of that.
