Peak Jotaro one shots. Star Platinum is so much stronger than literally all other Stands to the point of stomping them. There are no Stand with the exception of The World who could match Star Platinum's attacks. Stands with 0.900 tons, 0.800, 0.700, they are all stomped by Star Platinum, and like, casually.

It's so absurd that Star Platinum managed to stomp Killer Queen, who scales to 0.790 tons, while Jotaro had 5 or 6 holes in his body (weakened) and in his late years (weaker than peak). Like, no joke, I doubt a 8-C character can even match Star Platinum in strength, even with a higher value (scaling chain covers that)

You forgot he only has that with Nexus.

He normally doesn't do that since he is supposed to mingle among humans and interact with them normally.

i mean trish also does that and she by all means got those 3 by being a demon, well even dante on DT form supress those 3 passives and when fighting with Chen those 3 haxes just went on.
Gilver is also a demon remember that, appearances doens't change anything. but since he doens't have that then a CTR is needed.

Hell even some Arteficial Demons of Agnus not have it, cuz they are supposed to save humans on Fortuna.
