I was rewatching one of my favorite episodes in Pokémon and came across this feat where a giant Gengar creates a storm. If calc'd pretty sure it'd garner a good result that would scale to fodder Legendaries like Moltres.

IIRC, wasn't it also stated Giant Gengar and Giant Alakazams battle would straight up destroy the planet? I could've sworn something like that was claimed, at least on Bulbpedia. I'll have to look more into it in a bit.
