In the Danny Phantom episode with the Ghost Writer, while writing on his typewriter that allows him to control the plot, he made himself the Moon. Would he get a 5-C rating with Plot Manipulation or no?.

True. Good thing about his Plot Manipulation is that even if he stops writing it becomes passive and acts on it's own until whatever he was trying to accomplish succeedes.
