I'll be suggesting an intelligence update and a weakness addition to Danny's profile (Graphic Novel key) that mentions he is now a pacifist (specifically against ghosts) and will not attack, retaliate against or even seal ghosts, only as a last resort. Sorry for the poor quality of the scans, if they don't work, let me know.

A Glitch in Time

In the first graphic novel, Danny discovered what ghosts truly are, and while he had yet to fully adapt his new ideology, his first interaction with a hostile ghost was against his future self who had already caused damage to countless timelines, destroyed Danny's home town and killed untold amounts of innocent people... Danny doesn't want to fight and tries to reason with him first, obviously this doesn't work and he almost got the beat down but was saved by Vlad. Anyway, he's forced to fight but in the end, instead of sealing his future self, Danny tossed away the Fenton Thermos and had no plans on dealing with Dark Danny even before knowing the latter was losing his form.

Now you could argue this was a one off incident, it's his future self, he feels bad and thinks that it's his fault because he sealed Dark Danny previously. To that I say let's go to the next book.

Fair Game

In the second book, Danny actually states he's now trying to protect ghosts from humans starting at his school (which is a wild take if you watch the original series, hell Danny in that scan literally stated he never thought he'd say that), the official summary of the book states this is his new thing...

"Spinning right out of the events of Danny Phantom: A Glitch in Time, New York Times bestselling author-illustrator Gabriela Epstein returns with another original action-packed graphic novel based on the hit Nickelodeon animated series, where Danny will have to reckon with past ghosts and past grudges

After the events of Danny Phantom: A Glitch in Time, Danny Phantom is public enemy number one, and Casper High School has revamped its curriculum as they believe that ghosts are once again a danger to the town. While Danny struggles to find a way to implement his new knowledge of what ghosts are to help them, Valerie Gray is thriving as the best ghost hunter at school. But when Wulf, Danny’s old ghost friend, arrives looking for another ghost wolf cub, Danny and the gang must help track down this cub before their ghost hunting classmates get to it first. Can Danny help protect these ghosts before they get caught, or will his past grudge with Valerie result in his end?

This all-new original graphic novel from New York Times bestselling illustrator Gabriela Epstein continues the Danny Phantom story with this canon story that will satisfy both new and old fans of the Nickelodeon franchise."

Danny even outright states to Dani (His clone) that they aren't hurting ghosts and when she states that this is extreme, he simply says not really with no counter argument other than she wasn't there when they learned what ghosts truly are and that the Fenton Thermos was always a temporary solution. It's later hammered in our heads again when they out looking for Lyca, Dani asked when she can show off her new moves and Danny states preferably not and when bring up the Fenton Thermos as the go to thing, they say it's only a last resort because the ghost wouldn't want talk if they got sealed.

When Danny and Dani find Lyca, instead of just sealing her, Danny tries to talk to her and Lyca gets spooked, and nearly got him in his torso making him scream. Dani being the based individual like she has been through most of the story protects Danny from getting his torso cut open, but Danny tells her not to attack so she just seals Lyca. However, Danny then goes off on her, telling her he didn't mean to seal Lyca either, stating he's gotta deal with the ghosts and that they'll come back and attack his town, be a problem for him..

So yeah, even if he's facing someone who's causing death and destruction across timelines or trying to catch a wild ghost who was going to cut through his torso, Danny wants to talk and not seal them, even going off on people for sealing ghosts and trying to help him. There are several states in this book even suggesting Danny wants ghosts to show up so he can save them from humans otherwise he can't be the protector and bridge the worlds which is wild but this is enough to clearly show Danny isn't a ghost hunter who protects humans from evil ghosts anymore.

Speaking of humans, to those who ask does this apply to humans? No... right after Danny goes off on Dani, Valerie and the other students show up and Danny outright attacks first, blasting them out of the sky. There are more minor things I could bring up but I think that's enough evidence, if it wasn't obvious.

Suggestion

His ghost hunter classification should say (Original Series only). His "average" intelligence section should get a minor update since he's no longer overconfident and approaches his battles seriously (He didn't tell a single joke in any confrontation in Fair Game or make light of any situation), it should say....

"After discovering the true nature of ghosts and gaining a better understanding, Danny loses his overconfidence, taking his battles far more seriously."

As for Danny's weakness, he's borderline a pacifist against ghosts for his graphic novel key should say...

"Due to his new understanding of ghosts, Danny will not attempt to fight them but try and talk to them regardless of the threat they pose or if he's in extreme danger, even considering the Fenton Thermos a temporary solution and to be used as a last resort that and even then he prefers not to use it."

Note: While Sam and Tucker agreed with Danny, they got into no fights with ghosts so we can't say if they'd be as extreme as him until the next book comes out.
