All of them are dead.
The one who got corrupted is the remnants of the Iridescent Moon which will later worshipped by the Khaenri'ahns, thats how the Crimson Moon dynasty exist.

And the Iridescendent Moon Goddess already said that when her moon shattered, her body also shattered.

I mean i'm talking about probability, but he didn't went against his own people like the sovereigns and other dragons nor does the fight takes before PO vs Sovereigns like you said.

The moons were destroyed in the war of funerary flame which is the war of vengeance, the year when Nibelung descended from beyond the world and already corrupted by the abyss.

Which like 6000 years ago which also about more than 400 years after the war between PO + Shades vs Sovereigns.

Unquantificable amp (Like Foul legacy, it would just scale by 3rd Harbinger lvl but we dont know how much) + Moonrays or Moon blessings go away after a week, thats why we visit Columbina in her cave
