depends which skins you get. some are a whole outfit and others don't so you can mix them.
That is entirely not possible narratively. Columbina was stronger than her 3rd harbringer form and Rerir scales above it. Durin is already confirmed to be stronger than both venti and dvalin. Current aether is also stronger than 6E aether who is comparable with capitano who could rival archons.
Albedo stated that Rerir power is Incomprehensible, he never said this for the Anemo Archon.

No, Venti is the exception to Archons scaling, he scales to Nod Krai (Base) / Post Skirk Training Traveler, and that power gap is not that big for Skirk to say "You are stronger than me" (in her annecdote) so:Rerir 10% is weaker than archon but also stronger than archon!!!
Bakunawa >= Durin, Venti and Dvalin => Skirk (Post Quest) = Moon Marrow Traveler >= Post Training Skirk and Traveler
