Genos is stronger. It took Fubuki's full strength to redirect Rover's blast; even she said she'd be unable to do that again. This is what happened when Fubuki got caught near Genos' and Sonic's fight. When G4 Genos and Sonic are fighting, Fubuki is unable to keep up with the fight due to their speed.

Honestly I don't think Genos' lifting strength should scale to Tank Top Master's. After all, Tank Top Master is treated as one of the greatest weightlifters in the OPM universe.

It's a simple strategy but Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind said that they could deal with all Esper threats by simply speedblitzing them. So Genos could potentially do the same here. Plus Genos also has AOE. That + his speed means he doesn't necessarily have to get close, though he would have no issue getting close anyways

im fairly certain most ranged attacks would simply be deflected or blocked, but as i said eariler genos blitz´s. actually wait does he? fubuki is on par with iaian and genos is faster than iaian but do we know how much faster?

Genos in comparison to Fubuki directly. That and the shockwaves from his fight with Sonic damaged her enough to make her bleed when she didn't have any psychic defenses up

Movement speed too, as Genos was explicitly travelling behind Sonic to attack him.

Though the conversation is on Fubuki, Hell Fire and Gale never faced Tatsumaki. Tatsumaki, who was underestimated by Psykos and manages to erect a barrier for herself before Golden Sperm speed blitz her while severely weaken.
