Genma still has to react to do that and he can't here because Zeno is literally sextillions of times faster. He can write out personal letters to every one on earth in the time it takes for Kuroto to breathe.

So once Genm dies and use up one of his 99 lives, he can plan out what abilities to make while he's in his delayed continue state, so he can do stuffs like buffing up his speed to match Zeno or make some time stopping power before he returns to battle.

Again, you don't seem to see the problem. Genma has to think to increase his speed. Problem is, Zeno already starts so much faster than him that he can't do this before he gets killed a million times before he could blink.

Speed is unequalized, he could need a cake to EE and would still bake it before Kuroto's synapses fired.

His zombie is basically automatic. So again, fight starts. Zombie.

Automatic stuff still has to react to an opponent being there or meeting conditions. Here, he literally can't process any of that before Zeno wrecks. You'd need passive stuff to win here.
