Genji Vs King Bradley

I believe King Bradley has an advantage due to him being able to predict Genji's moves and form plans of attacks, able to deflects, and can keep up with Greeling and Scar.
 
Bradley via combat precognition and having more impressive feats in swordsmanship as opposed to Genji.
