As his Standard Tactics on his page says, he would use SI to manipulate the opponent to make a wish and trick them like he did to Ninjas. And knowing that Cat Blanc is pretty desperate (his entire goal of fighting Ladybug was to get Miraculous wish-granting), it is pretty much a wincon imo.

I would argue this, but he'd prob be in Nadakhan's Djinn blade by then

Mind Manipulation (If his Akuma isn't purified after being defeated, it would start to multiply into many more Akumas and infect different persons, turning them into Cat Blancs that would remain immobile until Cat Noir gets Re-Akumatized)
