General Grievous vs Roy Mustang

General Grievous blitzes easily. Both incarnations are VASTLY faster than Mustang. Also, which Grievous is being used? Canon, or EU? Either way with speed equalized Roy wins via pinpoint firing against his vital points; Grievous blitzes and instakills if speed is not equalized.

Expanded Universe. Preferably 2003 version.

This is Legends Grievous who has survived in the vacuum of space (he has in canon as well actually) and been at the centre of a large town sized explosion (whose effects would be compounded since it was a subterranean explosion). It's safe to say that all his vital points are well covered. Even with speed equalized, Grievous can win.

However, the OP states that Girevous has taken heavy fire. If some spots on his armour chasis have opened up, then a well placed blast by Roy could put him down (especially if the openings in the armour are near his vital organs). But this is with speed equalized. If not, Grievous still blitzes.
