Uboa is the OG one. Directly inspired Gaster and possibly at least indirectly inspired WF. Due to being a Japanese character, he's also the closest to the face's true origins: Noh Masks.

Unfortunately, Gaster missed out on the creepiness factor of the other twos here; his face has much more of an "Ol' grandpa Gaster" vibe than Uboa & WF.

White Face strays the most of the other twos, having his two eyes fully open and having a more detail mouth. This makes his face focused on his black and empty eyes more, making it far more creepy when you're being stalked by the damn thing.

However, Uboa's double crescent moon eyes evoke more a creepy happiness on its face. In that respect, it reminds me a lot of Takofuusen and Drowzee, two characters whose expression contributes a lot to their creepiness. So WF and Uboa are almost equal in creepiness while Gaster is left behind.

In term of VS Debating however, Uboa is violently left behind with his barely haxxed 3-A status against strongest 3-A/Pretty strong 2-C status and Gaster's borderline 2-B tier. The true bout would be between WF and Gaster, but Gaster can't really attack so it wouldn't really be passionating.
