Garou vs The Deceiver (Battle for 7th Strongest Non-Smurf High 4-C)

I don't really know if they can even be on the list lol. The whole fundamental aspect of the universe thing sounds 4-D.

But anyway, Deceiver wins cause of more win conditions overall. Garou doesn't have an answer to all those hax abilities.

Honestly the way it works/is described is weird since they're kind of just tied to the laws of the universe so I could see why they could be considered 4-D but from what I recall, it doesn't take nearly as much to actually kill them. IIRC it being destroyed partially damaged the universe/causality but idk if that counts as 4-D immortality.

If I remember correctly, the flayed virus wasn't what happened after killing a C'tan?

So even if Garou wins (ignoring immortality), would he be cursed or is it something we consider Llanfu'gor own ability and not something standard for every C'tan?
Llandu'gor was the only C'tan who ever fully died so we don't know if the C'tan are capable of cursing things other than Necrons. It's been shown the Deceiver and by proxy other C'tan can curse Necrons with the flayer virus so it isn't exclusive to him, it's just unknown if they can give curses beyond the flayer virus, especially with how linked the Necrons and C'tan are.
