Garlic Jr takes all of these, he's probably weaker than Raditz, but his immortality lets him outlast Raditz, and survive whatever he throws at him. The only way I can see Garlic Jr losing, is if he brings out his Dead Zone and gets knocked into it.

Here's how this plays out: Raditz can't kill Garlic Jr, so Gralic Jr waits until Raditz gets too tired t fight, and Garlic kills him. Stomp
