Erm, I feel like I've asked this many times before and I do apologize for that, but what is Garfs go-to move and how does it prove effective against a bloodlusted Sun bear that just goes "get in meh belleh!"? Oh, and then there's Skitzo corrupting the area around him which will surely spook Garf enough to discourage him from attacking the sun bear that stands before him.

BFR works if Gar can get it off. Gar's regen is higher than most of Skitzo's attacks.
