This is not exactly a downgrade per say but given the explanation I feel like it being moved to another state would be preferrable. In Ganondorf's page it mentions this for his low godly regen for his ToP state.

Regeneration (Low-Godly - After being defeated by Link and Midna his body began burning away and soon after he emerged in a fiery form, which is confirmed to be his soul, and soon after he reformed his physical body)

This I don't have an issue with it being Low Godly since it's pretty clear cut about it, but it's moreso this scan here where it implies his plunge into the Twilight Realm is what made it possible to begin with. Given Ganondorf already has a separate tabber for twilight princess abilities, his Low-Godly regen should be moves there instead. This would also retroactively remove Low-Godly regen from the Triforce page as its more of a twilight thing than a triforce thing.

I wrote up a pretty long winded reply but figured I'd save that and just go with, that ain't really saying what you think it's saying but even if it was, it's just saying it's a form he took when he was banished, not that him being in that form was obtained because of it, but even if we assume that's the case, the twilight forcing people to become disembodied souls, doesn't actually effect if he can reform a body after the fact.
They're two completely different things.

Plus that ain't how the twilight realm works to begin with, you just don't get powers for being there, they need to be actively learned.

The better question would be less if he has it, and more how long would it take before the events of TP.

Also ping DustCollector, if anyone has random ******* Ganon scans or knows the exact lore offhand it'd be him.

The scan to me kinda read as though, that's when the form happened, not because he plunged into the realm, just when he plunged into the realm, though the wording can be seen on that way in my opinion.

I'll mention this real quick while I'm waiting for my bus, this is def a Triforce based ability given he can't die until he loses it after Link claps him (And as Chariot pointed out, simply being in the twilight realm doesn't just grant abilities), but like Chariot mentioned above the question is how long the regen takes before TP. Ganondorf in TP attributes the hatred of the twili to empowering him and fueling his flesh (Or something like that) which probs helps with it being quick during the final boss fight of the game.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve played TP but was it established that Ganondorf would grow stronger or gain any new powers based on emotions he feels from certain people?

"Your people have long amused me, Midna. To defy the gods with such petty magic, only to be cast aside...
How very pathetic. Pathetic as they were, though, they served me well. Their anguish was my nourishment.
Their hatred bled across the void and awakened me. I drew deep of it and grew strong again.

Your people had some skill, to be sure...but they lacked true power. The kind of absolute power that those chosen by the gods wield. He who wields such power would make a suitable king for this world, don't you think?"

So that's a thing yeah, not really new powers, but he can regain power from it what that actually entails is hard to say though. If we really want to tie that into low-godly, that has less to do with the twilight realm, and more him siphoning off the malice and hate (or ig anguish in this case) of others to grow back power he lost.
But given he literally does the regen thing again on screen in seconds in a place that he wouldn't have access to all that hate, I'm unsure if that's tied to his regen and more just "yo he was super weakened from being literally executed by a dura neg sacred blade, and he just sucked all that up to grow back to his normal state again".

Adding onto this in the jp version he says "お前達の苦悶が、血肉の糧となり", roughly translating to the tribes hatred being nourishment/food for his flesh and blood.

That plus him mentioning he turned the hate into strength for him to awaken again, and as you said he got run through with a sacred holy blade before his banishment (And it's a pretty potent holy blade given the scar remains even after he reforms his body twice), makes it seem like he was just weakened and needed extra juice to do reform his physical body while in peak condition he can do it in like half a minute as seen in his boss fight.

Nothing really condradicts this in the other games, the only major damage he gets with the Triforce of Power is always from high tier holy weapons like the Master Sword, Light Arrows, and Silver Arrows which neg him anyway.

So it was some form of emotional empowerment that helped to reform his body and not merely the twilight realm itself, if that’s the case then I’d be fine with this staying for his ToP state, though that additional info should be included into the page.

I'm not really sure it actually has anything to do with regen, just more so he was in a super weakened state due to his execution, and the hate of others enabled him to grow back to normal.
I say this because the main feat for this happens after in the middle of a fight where he wouldn't really have time to siphon hate while also being in the light world, yet happened in like 30 seconds. The whole siphon hate to grow back in power is framed as just his powers were weakened and he needed that to go back to normal. Normal in power, not a body, given he doesn't reform his body till after coming back to the light world according to Zant, but we know he gained his powers back before he met Zant, in which he was in his spirit form to masquerade as a god to trick Zant into being his puppet.

I would say that it might be due to twilight forcing people into a non-corporal soul state, and so while in that realm he just kind of couldn't because he'd just go right back to being a soul which explains why he waited till after coming to the light world, in which he reformed a body instantly, and does so twice even, but we're also told the ToC and ToW protects against that due to the protection of the Gods, ToP not doing that is a lil odd? So **** if I know.

Idk I'll look through the game ig and the guides to see if there's any more info or details I'm just forgetting. Unless Dust has something to say.

there's also the guide saying AlttP Ganon could turn into a soul and then back to a body, though that's from a guide I would consider dubious at best.

I feel like you could interpret those sages that was in the execution scene being able to reduce him to a spirit when they banished him to the twilight realm when they realized stabbing him wasn’t enough. I feel like that makes more sense than the ToP somehow not protecting him in the realm (unless we have to assume Midna is lying about that statement but I doubt that)
