Kaguya is 5-b with prep or given a bit of time to prepare it and even then she is only 5-b with one move of hers. While Galen just eats a planet more or less casually in his weakest state.

None of the 5-B's are at the level of Galactus. Galactus casually eats planets and for the Naruto cast to achieve that level they need prep, something Galactus doesn't need.

Don't you get this kaguya is only planet level with prep or if her opponent lets her charge a tsb long enough with one specific move. Also kaguya is naruto god tier (the only planet level character with planet level attack rest have moon level durability or less even then she has moon level durability) so a planet attack wipes out kaguya and the rest of the naruto verse add in a bit of Haxes into that attack. So kaguya immortality/regen means jack and bye bye naruto verse.
