Well he's already restricted to Moira cause his regen is broken + his law Manipulation is nasty.

And Moira kills by literally putting her hand out for less then a second and has bouncing balls that do the same thing, so I'm equally iffy about her

I should Reiterate something that ya'll can tell from looking at the profiles; Everyone except Moira is Low-hax, so don't go bananas with suggesting gigachad gods amongst men in hax lol

Well he's already restricted to Moira cause his regen is broken + his law Manipulation is nasty.

Fair on regen though his law manip is versatile, but it affects him as well. So if he wanted shit like removing regeneration, that would affect himself too. Besides, it takes quite a bit of mana, depending on the type of restriction or whatever he wants to make.
