Xenoverse as a continuity is much, much more powerful then DBS, if that's what you're going for
If this is in verse we're talking, we already had an in Canon answer to this, being Future Warrior was more then capable of fighting him even at his absolute best.

Xeno Goku : Future Warrior bodies like Whis defeated Beerus... In Base. Seriously . At the end of his series his Base is capable of overpowering a Casual Whis. which XV Gogeta and his previous self couldn't. Keep in mind both scale to GoD Level casually as their fusees ( Goku ) were scaled toBeerus in Base Form before then. He has access to Super Saiyan Blue .
