Just to update: I did not intend to clear Lankers to do anything he wants to the Fairy Tail pages, and don't have the best judgement anyway, which is one of the reasons for that I tend to wait for input from the community. I agree with DontTalk's assessment here.
Also, Lankers turned out to be a sockpuppet of WhiteSnakeSage, and is now banned.

In addition, I am waiting for further input in Alpha149's thread, in which the initial post was hard to understand.

I'm still a little hesitant on accepting Brandish being full on Mountain level since she simply shrunk the island. Though I wouldn't doubt Acnologia having Small Island Level feats soon.

Well, I personally prefer that we get some feats before any upgrades of Natsu.

The feats are there I'm sure if somebody calculated him running on the War God it'll yield an impressive speed, but the calc group doesn't seem to be answering anymore :/

I still don't get why Brandish is a higher tier than Zeref, that's kinda faulty. Maybe we should upgrade Zeref, because he is stronger than Brandish.

We could downgrade Brandish, but we still don't know her limitations. Technically if her magic works on living beigns she could kill anyone by shrinking veins. It is oblivious that her power is hax but it is debatable if in this case her hax can be applied as attack potency

We can't really downgrade Brandish since Natsu sensed her magical power and debated on whether using his FDK Mode for her and he wouldn't need it if she was just City Level I think we should find the mid ground and make the Spriggan 12 & Zeref Mountain Lvl based off of Ajeel, Brandish & Wahl so far because Zeref is not stronger than the Spriggan 12 he's just the leader they're ,most likely equal to eachother at 1st King of Ishgar Level.

Yes his Hax's raw power should be greater than an individual Spriggan member since he lacks complete control of it plus it just ignores durability due to auto-killing

Brandish's power seems to be a kind of special case. Ajeel's full unleashed power was never shown as comparably powerful. Zeref may be more dangerous due to versatility and immortality, but we don't know if he has as much raw power, and cannot start wildly upgrading based on speculation.

I agree with Ant. Unless Zeref shows feats of him say having the same level of raw power like Acnologia, he should stay at where's he at for now...
