I think this may be a stomp no matter how you slice it; if Frieza has such an ap advantage that a causal breath can kill his opponent and he can get past durability ignoring weapons with trying.

His first form shouldn't have that huge of an AP advantage, but oneshotting is probable. I don't think this match is too one sided though.

Nah, its cool. Its just that sometimes it happens that when your liked character loses, you call it a stomp so that it isnt added to the profiles. Its a pity. Im not referring to this instance, btw.

Indeed, he has nothing in the way of hax. Even beings from far lower tiers could stomp him with reality warping which most 2-Cs possess.

Even if the Terrarian hits Frieza straight in the heart, frieza will still live. He was able to survive being cut in half. Once Frieza gets hit by one of those weapons, it's lights out for the Terrarian since Frieza can still one shot him.

In DB souls are identical to physical bodies, Frieza even kept his mechanical enhancements in the afterlife. Attacking the soul is one and the same as attacking the person themselves.

He was alive and able to move when Shenron brought him back in pieces.
