Franky vs Tony Tony Chopper

Oof. This is a tough one. Let's see.

Franky is more suited when it comes to CQC. He has a fighting style and he battled Luffy for some time during the Water Seven arc so he definitely outdoes Chopper in this regard who's a somewhat experienced brawler at best. He's also able to fight at range with his vast amount of weaponry so Chopper shouldn't get away of him if he wants to get close again.

On the other side, Chopper is more versatile in CQC than Franky. His various forms will grant Stat Amps to compensate the skill difference. Heavy Point was portrayed comparable to a Strong Hammer from Franky so any Rumble form oriented to physical attack should be considerable superior to Franky. I don't remember if Chopper is aware of Franky's human back, but if he is, that's another advantage to him.

Both know a lot about the other, but Chopper doesn't know about things like the Coup de Vent because when Franky used it against Fukurou, Chopper was fighting Kumadori and couldn't even escape from him, while Franky should know about the three main forms and Monster Point.

Both have great stamina, but can be considerably depowered if they use their options too early in the fight. But while lacking cola Franky can still fight albeit less effectively, while Chopper can't move at all if the Monster Point effect disappears. Even after eating a single RB his fighting style will turn unpredictable even for him.

I see Franky winning this. The only option for Chopper to win is if he goes Monster and just berserk's Franky's butt, but the latter could gain distance and wait until Chopper destroys himself. Chopper's versatility would help a bit, but Franky is no slouch in that field and could keep pace of him despite the stat disadvantage, especially considering Chopper's enhancements lasts for 3 minutes only.

If this were done with the Post TS forms this would be a lot different.

@The Calaca

I opted for pre-timeskip versions because Chopper has very few feats and 0 significant battles currently compared to Franky.

Probably. But that's one of the only advantages he has. Chopper's versatility is now something he can take a lot of advantage and he has better skill than his Pre TS self, both things being the problems he has here to deal with Franky.

Post-TS Franky have more combat experience than Chopper (He had fights where he did his best, and even fought a Vice Admiral). His Shogun should also be a problem that can easily being comparable to Monster point. Given that Chopper no longer uses his ability to analyze weakness after the timeskip (he simply didn't use it any more time) and Franky is able to use coup de vent with one single hand and he also has lasers that can bypass tonakai's durability. I really se him having a lot more advantage/versatily than Chopper currently.

That's a discussion for a thread involving their Post TS versions. This isn't the place.
