Power Feat / Telepathy Feat Simultaneously - Fought Agatha Harkess , and both times all of reality was a part of their telepathic battle . We cannot rate Agatha Harkness as High 1-B, simply due to a psychic duel with baby Franklin. No indication was made of anywhere near such a scale. We can, however, scale Franklin as 2-A from the Celestials.
