Frank West Tournament Arena Round 4 Frank West vs James Bond (Grace)

Time for the next Round in Frank West series of battles. Today. He is fighting James Bond. This has been done before. But the debate just didn't give that much justice to what both could do.

Plus. Both have gotten buffs recently. So a rematch seems cool.

Much like before

Both have a week of prep and prior knowledge

Speed is equal

And they get their entire arsenal

Keeping it with the same as before

James Bond: 7

Frank West:

Inconclusive/Draw:

James takes this. With time to prepare and previous knowledge on Frank. James isn't going to be nearly as surprised to most of his gear. If surprised at all. And James is most definitely opening with the big weapons. While you could argue the same for Frank. He doesn't have the same training and experience Bond does. And most of Franks gadgets get a heavy hit when facing the Invisibility suit Bond has. Nothing stops Bond from going invisible and sniping from a distance from the very start. And frank doesn't really have a counter. You could say oh he fills the place with AOE. But Bond wouldn't play a close game with Frank. He would be smart enough not to. Not too mention they start at such a distance that bond could easily just surprise Frank with a shot too the head. Which frank couldn't exactly stop. He doesn't know where bond is and has no way to locate him. And has very little hacks and good weapons in the long range. Standard guns sure. But Bond has no problem dealing with these. Heck. A laser would both be able to cut right through Frank, and completely blitzes his reactions. And even Franks costumes don't have much use. He has to be close to even use them. Or within relatively close distance. And can only use one at a time. Even his time manipulation stuff isn't gonna work if he can't locate James. One bullet is all it takes. Franks arsenal while kinda wacky, some of the wackiest and hard to predict stuff he wouldn't have a chance to use. Since Bond has prep. He knows what he is dealing with and that he shouldn't let Frank get those weapons out. Or at least use a method to where Frank couldn't hit him. Like Invisibility. They require getting up too close. If frank gets up close. It becomes a skill fight and who can put a bullet in the others head first. And I'm betting far more cash on Bond. And on the range thing. This is an advantage for Bond as he has far more to work with at a longer distance. Frank can only start with his sniper. Or try and get close and use his other weapons. But that leaves him in a bad spot. Since he is gonna be facing a more skilled fighter with less of his weapons available at the moment. Getting a bit closer isn't entirely impossible no. It could happen. It just promises nothing on him getting a win that way. On top of all that. His vehicles like helicopter give him a huge range edge. And Frank is not gonna be able to tag it should Bond take that approach as well. And bond could tag frank.

How the fight goes more times. It opens at a distance battle with guns. If frank makes some distance to get closer, Bond goes invisible and snipes frank from a point he can't see and doesn't have time to react. Assuming frank even got close enough to use some of his wackier stuff. It isn't a promise win. Cause one rocket is all it takes. Or one bullet. And Bond is a much more trained and skilled fighter. Frank has faced military which means he isn't terribly outskilled. But Bond is a special gov agent. This man has way more experience and much better training. Since Bond knows what he is going up against and has prep to prepare himself. The only way I see Frank realistically taking Bond down is if he didn't have prep and Frank got lucky or used just the right strategy. It's more a matter of skill. Cause hacks and such don't matter since their normal guns can one shot. So it's a matter of skill. And Franks faces military. But again. Bonds a special spy. He more times just outskills frank and puts his arsenal to better use gets the first fatal shot in first far more times than Frank does. So with prep time and knowledge on what he is fighting. Frank may get a few wins if the fights done repeatedly. But bond should take it far more times handily. Bond via skill, experience, invisibility, counters, better usage on arsenal, range, and intelligence.

Well. If anyone were to do it, I wouldn't doubt it from him. Granted. These reasons are gonna be hard to counter imo.
