Flash (Post-Flashpoint) Possible Infinite Speed

I was re-reading The Flash and I got towards the final fight between Zoom and Flash. Barry didn't fully realize how Zoom's connection to the Speed Force was, after he figured out he makes time frozen Barry figured out how to acceleratethrough frozen time to combat him . What do you guys think?

Well, all that the linked image says is that Zoom slows down time around him, not if he completely freezes it.

In addition, it sound more like the Flash states that he is bringing the slowed time forward by using an opposite power against Zoom's. A kind of hax antidote power if you will.
