Flash (Barry Allen) (Pre-Crisis) Revision:

Was there a scene of Barry physically hurting them?

To be fair, Reverse Flash is yellow and bypasses Hal's shields.

The Flash Vol 1 282

The image of Hal betting blitzed is on the cover and doesn't happen in the story.

Reverse Flash disguised as Barry isn't really attacking Hal, more like pushing him away and budging him aside. Also, Reverse Flash is using yellow to bypasses Hal's constructs.

The Flash Vol 2 276

That image is from the cover, but a similar scene is shown later on. Also, Flash is using his yellow boots to bypass his constructs.

Not trying to be rude.

But you always try to insult the wiki and attack it for it's "downplays" on comics.

Yet you never try to make a CRT or discussion about the "double standards" and instead decide to resort to mockery

@ZephyrosOmega

I'm not saying that Flash definitively doesn't scale to 2-C, I'm just trying to find consistent examples of Flash's scaling without x-factors involved.

At the moment, there are only 2 feats without any x-factors: Punching out the Hal clone and destroying the Anti-Monitor cannon.

Flash also consistent fights alongside GL, by that I mean that he damages foes who survive Hal's attacks when the two are having adventures together.

Well, he didn't actually harm Ultraman, so that is unreliable to scale from.

In addition, Green Lanterns were not consistently treated as having high durability without protective constructs pre-Crisis, so harming one is unreliable as well.

The Spectral Flash is likely irrelevant to his usual state.

Destroying the Anti-Monitor's anti-matter cannon might work as a feat, but I am not certain if it was via overcoming it in a contest of power or just a matter of destroying its inner workings.

In conclusion, if somebody creates a pre-Crisis Flash profile, it might be best to give it Unknown attack potency and MFTL+ speed.

Yes, if he has more reliable feats we can scale from that instead.

There's a time-travelling Post-Crisis Wally West IMPing Pre-Crisis Eobard as brought up above, but idk if that's reliable enough. Other than that the best feats I could currently find is being compared to an atom bomb and being as powerful as 10 hurricanes which should be Tier 7, though both seem hyperbolic. His aura can tank lightning. Vaporized a tidal wave. Melted a battleship. Destroyed a pyramid which should be 8-C to High 8-C. Tanked Captain Cold's attacks that can freeze an entire skyscraper. Apparently he also destroyed a tank, though it seems to be over-time damage and inapplicable. Did pulverize lots of concrete here too, as well as blasting a wrecking ball into smithereens and pulverizing a girder. Destroyed buildings. He seems to be generally in the Tier 8 range.

Thank you. Feel free to calculate the feats.

That is probably fine then.

Thank you. After that has been evaluated it should probably be fine to use.

No. It is too brief and obscure.

Also, https://***************.to/Comic/Action-Comics-1938/Issue-424?id=25630#8 here, Grodd fights superman. Flash regularly fights Grodd.

Superman stated that he couldn't use anywhere near his full power during the fight.

Not really, and again, Superman was extremely weakened.

Probably not. My apologies.

Well, it is just often said that since everybody fights everybody in comic books, when characters being portrayed as comparable is even more legit. If that's the case, when in almost any flash/GL comic, there are foes that survive hits from GL and also get damaged by the flash.

It is more that most comicbook writers do not remotely care about coherent powerscaling. Stan Lee even made an official statement in a Youtube video about this.

Well, we have what we have. And what we have is what flash and GL consistently fight alongside each other. Also, reverse flash once damaged power ring ( earth 3 gl) and he doesn't have yellow weaknes if I am not mistaken.

Unless they are consistently shown as comparable to each other in terms of raw power, we cannot use it. Sorry.
