Ye, the key to time is the doctors strongest thing. It can hurt type 1 abstracts but it's the only thing the doctor has that can.

It's on the keys profile but not the doctors and he should have it since the key can do it

No. To the characters, they were in a massive land, but to the audience and Toymaker, it's a game of snakes and ladders.

By the way, The Toymaker says his power wanes if his Toyroom is destroyed. Seems a tad contradictory, given he had no objections about destroying and recreating it in his first appearance, though. What do you think?

I mean I don't know when death appears but if what her profiles says is correct it would give all guardians power bestowal.

For now can you unlock The Celestial Toymaker So I can add Immersion, Technology Manipulation, Power Nullification

So this whole Champion idea seems to come from Time's Champio (which has dubious canon even by Doctor Who standards). However, the Menti-Celesti are one of the pantheos that choose champions, they aren't champions themselves. Throughout the novel, it's heavily implied their nature (such as non-interference and embodying concepts) is very similar and they're on the same level.
