Alucard....he can't die but Father can.
Alucard can die if all 3 million souls are killed. Also, they both are immortal.
Alucard became omnipotent at the end of the series...unless your using the Alucard with the 3 million souls.

He didn't become omnipotent nor Omnipresent. He never displayed a feat of that kind to my knowledge.

He didn't become omnipotent nor Omnipresent. He never displayed a fear of that kind to my knowledge.
He absorbed Schrodinger a being that's night omnipotent http://hellsing.wikia.com/wiki/Schr%C3%B6dinger, also Alucard stated that he was anywhere but nowhere saying that he became omnipotent himself.

Omnipotence is having unlimited energy. Also, he never displayed a feat proving that he is omnipresent.

It also means able to do anything, which Alucard can by the end of the series. Also Schrödinger's name, powers, and possibly cat ears are a reference to the famous quantum physics thought experiment, Schrödinger's cat. The experiment, meant to demonstrate the problem with applying quantum mechanics to problems on a macroscopic scale, presented a scenario in which a cat is inside a box which cannot be seen into from the outside. The box is opened at a later time, and due to circumstances inside the box, there is an equal chance of the cat being dead or alive. While logic would dictate the cat was either alive or dead, the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics instead predicts that the cat will be both alive and dead. This is evident in the Hellsing character Schrödinger's powers, which allow him to be everywhere and anywhere, but also nowhere, at the same time. His ability to be anywhere and everywhere is a similar ability to that of the Cheshire Cat from the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Then explain why none of that is stated on Alucard's page on this wiki?
There's a thread about it, the reason he was listed as unknown was because he only showed one feat, and it was not enough to be accepted as having omnipotent due to lacking more feat backing this up.

alucard is not omnipotent, nor is he omnipresent. he just has a advanced form of teleportation really.

@Captain: Do you know the meaning of omnipotent? Being omnipresence doesn't you're omnipotent for godsake, pls do some researches before making a valid and legitimate statement. You're absolutely making no sense.

Father is immortal, yes but he can be killed via atomized him into nothingness

Ok ok than how can you killed something that can think itself not to be dead despite killing it?.

Do you know Death in Marvel? yeah she's literally death itself, meaning she can't be killed by any sort of things, but is she omnipotent? Absolutely no

Hao Asakura stated he will become an Omnipotent King, but is he really? the Answer is no.

Again, you're not delivering anything consistently, your vague knowledge about omnipotent and higher dimensional power is really bugging me, Like i said before, go and do solid researches before making a statement, or debating

@Aizen: I do believe father can be killed by vaporize into nothingness, but in this case Alucard doesn't have that sort of power to destroy someone at molecule/atomic level, so yeah, it's a stalemate
