As with every revision, there comes consequences
We finally are allowed to have a larger planet for Fairy Tail, however the result has downgraded some speed. With the large planet for Fairy Tail, Erza's speed in reaction to Deus Sema becomes Relativistic (31% SoL), however with this comes complications. If we were to scale this to Base Erza, it would scale to Base Natsu, Base Gajeel, Base Wendy etc. and since they slap on a 4x multiplier, this would make them FTL with Dragon Force and other transformations. However this is a major issue as we know, since Human Dragon God level people scale to Speed of Light off of a direct statement of speed for Haku and are faster than characters like DF Gajeel from the Alvarez Arc, meaning we can't scale these guys to the feat. Now I've always used the argument that Erza was crippled while performing this feat and technically that is true, but being crippled didn't stop Erza from having a far greater AP than normal, so there's nothing to suggest that Erza couldn't have a greater speed than normal either. So in hindsight, we don't scale this to Base Erza, we instead just scale it to Enhanced Emotions Erza.
Now what does this mean for Spriggans and Base Natsu level people? Well it's actually not too bad a downgrade as X792 Base Natsu will be upscaling to Baseline Relativistic (10% SoL) off of being far far far above his X791 Base Form. This is highly supported as a much weaker and slower Natsu, being X791 Base Natsu, easily kept up with two highly coordinated Sub-Relativistic (8% SoL) characters bum rushing him at the same time, being Sting and Rogue. So X791 Natsu can easily take on and keep up with two Sub-Relativistic (8% SoL) characters and then gets far faster from a year of training. Should be perfectly fine to upscale him to 10% SoL.

X792 Base Natsu level peope would be Relativistic (10% SoL)
X792 Dragon Force Gajeel level people would be Relativistic (40% SoL)
Base Zeref level people stay Relativistic+ (50% SoL)
Limit Breaker Team Natsu party become Relativistic+ (80% SoL)
Ignia's Power Natsu becomes FTL (1.6 C)
