EoG Cthulhu isn't the one where he starts getting the resistance. The only stuff he obtains in his final key are Reality Warping, Spatial Manipulation and Higher-Dimensional Manipulation.

Going to point out Cthulhu negates the Narrator's plot hax via the HCD's Generic Narrator Override, which is very specifically plot manipulation that counters other plot manipulation.
