1) In New World Cross-Z, Killbas said he had destroy many planet before found Evolto. And Killbas doesn't seem has Black Hole Creation, so he maybe does it by his physical power. Evol Phase 1, Cross-Z Magma, Grease and Rogue can fight with him and his clone in a short time. So this can be the planetary feat for Evolto's physical power and the others.

2) Evolto Ultimate Form has whole energy of Pandora Box, this is the energy use to fuse 2 Worlds. Killbas also confirmed he can create Big Bang destroy entire universe with Pandora Box if it charged with Evolto and Banjou. So Evolto Ultimate Form should be 3-A or even Low 2-C.

Now that i remenber...

The White Panel and the Pandora Box just bring out the 'Mirror World' out of the singularity. What ends the process to fuse both world was the Energy of Evolto himself.

So much energy is that then?

The concept "World" in Build and Zi-O was the same. If we were to agree that Ohma Zi-O is 2-C possibly 2-B, then Pandora Box should be Low 2-C for fused 2 Worlds.
