But both are MFTL+

MFTL+ has a very wide range, going from 1,000x FTL to any non-infinite value. A MFTL+ character can absolutely blitz another MFTL+ character.

Looking at his Fights, he's mostly a Physical Fighter, but also uses his Eye beams in character, I think he wins this because of his Invulnerability, higher Regen,Higher Stamina, and his Skill is equal or above Superboy's Skill, the're likely equal in AP
