No, that is a part of the INT stat, which will be restricted too for the fight

Because it's going a fight with equal tems, won by skill, not by having a weapon that counters that of the opponent

Also i tought that a knife fight sounder cooler, but if you want a swordfight, ask to WHY if he's fine with it

Not a big one. And since my time stop would last 30 minutes if it wasn't restricted I'm sure I can spam a few 30 sec time stops.
