1: It's time slow/speed up, and time stop that strains him to use.

2: That's too bad.

3: All he can do is paralyze stuff and disperse energy attacks with his matter manip.

2: Would he be fine with no Muso Tensei, since his other stuff all requires (often highly precise) contact?

3: matter manip is an application of his energy manip, the energy in ToG, Shinsoo, acts similar to matter in the tower, and he's able to use it to dispers the matter/energy of energy attacks.

I would assume that we know how to use whatever skills/fighting styles our characters have.

Character: Jin Mo-Ri (base), Awakened Hajime Hinata (no ultimate lucky student or large scale mind control), Twenty-Fifth Baam (Second Enryu's thorn ignition), Kenshiro (Hokuto no Ken) (whichever one his allowed based on AP decision, no Muso Tensei.)
